Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast
Ingredients
4-pound Pork Roast
GLAZE
1/4 teaspoon Corn Starch
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/2 Tablespoon Zested Orange Peel
2 Tablespoons of Orange Juice
1 16 oz. Can Whole Cranberry Sauce
MARINADE
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Applesauce
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 Tablespoon Salt
4 Garlic Cloves Crushed
Mix – pour over tenderloin to marinate.

- Mix ingredients
- Pour over the tenderloin to marinate
Before baking, make the glaze first.
- Mix the ingredients.
- Cool until thick.
- Pour over the Pork Roast
- Cook to your desired temperature
