COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITY

At Martin Family Farms we pride ourselves in contributing to the communities we farm in. Whether we are building up the next generation of 4-Her’s or supporting local Christian charities, the owners and employees of Martin Family Farms firmly believe in contributing to our community. Some of our community contributions include:

4 H

  • At Martin Family Farms, we are proud supporters of 4-H and the values it instills in young people. We actively invest in local county fairs through financial contributions and by purchasing livestock at auctions, helping support the next generation of agricultural leaders.
  • 4-H has played a meaningful role in our family’s story. As a child, I recall the profound sense of responsibility I felt in caring for an animal, learning not only about daily care but also the business aspects of raising and marketing livestock. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of the importance of hard work and stewardship.
  • Now, as a father, it’s been incredibly important for me to pass those same lessons on to my own children. The photo shown here is of my daughter, Ashton Reveles, proudly showing one of her pigs—continuing the legacy and values that 4-H has instilled in our family for generations.

FOOD BANKS

At Martin Family Farms, we believe that no one in our community should go without a good meal. That’s why we’re committed to supporting local food banks and hunger relief efforts across the region.

For the past three years, we’ve donated packs of bacon to the Benton Community Food & Service Co-Op in Oxford, Indiana—helping ensure families have something special on their tables during the Christmas season. We’ve also supported the Co-Op with monetary donations throughout the year, as the need doesn’t stop after the holidays.

Through the Benton Community Foundation’s Farm to Fork Dinner, we’ve either donated meat directly or contributed financially toward the meal—proud to play a part in bringing people together over local food.

In addition, we’ve made monetary donations to the Western Indiana Community Foundation’s Fountain County Food Bank and the Warren County Hunger Fund, helping expand their reach and resources for those facing food insecurity.

For us, giving back to our community isn’t a seasonal gesture—it’s a year-round commitment rooted in our values of care, generosity, and being good neighbors.

DADCAMP

  • At Martin Family Farms, we proudly support DadCamp—an organization focused on building stronger fathers to build stronger families. Through weekend experiences for dads and their children, DadCamp creates meaningful opportunities for connection and growth.
  • We support DadCamp through financial contributions, volunteering our time, and participating in international trips. We believe deeply in their mission and the lasting impact strong fathers have on their families and communities.

ACTIVE IN LOCAL CHURCH

Faith and Community at Northview Church
At Martin Family Farms, we are deeply committed to honoring God through our work by caring for the livestock and land entrusted to us. Our faith is a central part of our family and company values, guiding how we serve both our community and each other. We are proud to be active members of Northview Church and to give back as a corporation in support of its mission.

ADVOCATING FOR AGRICULTURE & SUPPORTING OUR YOUTH

  • At Martin Family Farms, we make monthly donations to the National Pork Producers Council to support the pork industry and advocate for farmers. Locally, we’re proud to support the Backpack Program at Warren Central Elementary, which provides food for kids to take home over weekends and breaks, as well as donate to local sports teams—investing in the health, confidence, and community spirit of our youth.
